In February 2023, LEPSA was awarded by MARCOBRE for the manufacture and installation of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) equipment for the W2 circuit (train) corresponding to the expansion of the solvent extraction plant (SX) of the Mina Justa Project in Ica. One (01) SETTLER of 21x21x4.2 m, two (02) MIXERS of Ø 3.60 x 4.20 m and one (01) LAUNDER (interconnection chute) were supplied.

The requirement corresponds to the sixth train of the SX plant, i.e. an additional train to the equipment supplied by LEPSA during 2019 and 2020 and installed during 2021.

In this way, LEPSA consolidates its position as a specialist in the manufacture of FRP equipment for mineral extraction plants (SX/EW), recognized nationally and internationally.
