LEPSA has been serving SOUTHERN PERU for over 20 years, supporting expansion and improvement projects at the metallurgical complex in Ilo (Moquegua, Peru). For the precious metals plant expansion project in Ilo, LEPSA engineered and manufactured dual-laminate (PP/FRP) circulation tanks; the thermoplastic polypropylene (PP) liner provides the necessary internal barrier against fluids characterized by high chemical corrosivity and high temperatures (>80°C), while the FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) ensures the equipment's structural strength, guaranteeing an adequate service life in these highly corrosive processes.
