In October 2021, FLSmidth awarded LEPSA a contract to manufacture a package of (20) FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) tanks for storage and processes, in diameters of 3.00@8.00 m, manufactured in one piece or in sections (for tanks larger than Ø 5 m). This equipment will be installed and assembled on site. The scope also included covers, bottoms, connection nozzles, lifting and anchoring devices, as well as the respective ladders and metallic safety handrails.

In July 2022, Sales de Jujuy (ALLKEM) directly awarded LEPSA the contract for the assembly and installation of the tanks in the field. Currently, our personnel is in the project performing the assembly works. Then, we will proceed with the joining of the tank sections, installation of bottoms and covers, accessories, tests, etc.
