Since its beginning back in 2000, LEPSA has a Water and Wastewater Department (DTAE), which has growth and developed over the years. In 2018, LEPSA’s managing team, decided to create a new company, in order to keep the Water and Wastewater operations separated. In March 2019, Aqualep S.A.C. was created, with the same LEPSA’s ownership structure. The goal was set to continue in the water and wastewater market in Peru and expanding it to Bolivia and Chile.
Aqualep will continue developing turnkey projects for the water and wastewater treatment, industrial or municipal, covering all stages from concept design, engineering, fabrication, supply, installation, and commissioning, as well as operation and maintenance, or bringing support during those stages. This way, we provide the complete turnkey solution and one responsible, which responds to the market’s demands.
Aqualep brings over 20 years of experience in providing complete solutions for the water and wastewater treatment industry, with the highest quality, and complying with local regulations such as DIGESA and ANA. Aqualep is also a local distributor for various brands of equipment for all water and wastewater treatment processes.

Additional to all services we can provide, Aqualep also provides engineering for pre-project and concept stages and technical feasibility reports. We also develop projects with mixed Private and Government collaboration (APP) in all diverse modes available such as Self-Sustained Private Initiative (IPA), Mixed Funds Initiative (IPC), Paid-by-Taxes projects (OxI), Operation Contracts, EPC, and others.
